What this camera shows
This camera sits at the Whitmore chain-control point at 4,770 feet , near Alta. When Caltrans sets controls here, this is the view they are set on — if the pavement looks wet and white at the edges, controls usually follow.
Caltrans publishes this camera but is not currently serving it, so there is nothing to show here until they fix it. It is checked daily and returns on its own.
