For outdoor walking experiences at higher elevations, Palisades Tahoe operates guided Naturalist Walks at High Camp. High Camp is situated at an elevation of 8,200 feet. These walks focus on the local geology, alpine wildflowers, and wildlife of the Sierra Nevada.
- Schedule: Walks depart daily at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
